Join the fitness center now! Just follow these easy steps:

 

1.  Click on JOIN NOW button below to sign up electronically or sign up in person at the fitness center front desk.

2. Once you click on JOIN NOW, all Zurich employees must choose Zurich Employee from the drop down under Packages. All other prospective members must choose Contractor Monthly Auto Pay. Then follow all the steps to join.  We ask that all Zurich employees use their Zurich corporate email to sign up.

3.  Within the MindBody system, please make sure the Online Store tab is highlighted and contracts is also highlighted.  Please select the correct contract/package that is relevant to you and hit Make Purchase.  You must then agree with the terms of the liability waiver.

4.  For overnight lockers, there is an extra charge of $10 per month.  Please select this option in your account for it to activate.

5.  For all Zurich employees choosing payroll deduction, you must fill out a payroll deduction authorization form, sign it and email it zurichfitness@kinemafitness.com.

6.  Pick up fitness center key tag at gym front desk.  You will need this along with your badge card to access the facility. 

 

7. Schedule your free fitness assessment and free personal training session.
