K-Flow

This class provides a combination of healthy alignment & the freedom to play within familiar & new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class energizes in a way that will promote flexibility, mobility, strength & relaxation. Move with your breath

& focus your attention, finding a balanced flow to get into your body

k-shred

If you love to sweat and having your workout end before you know it, this class is for you! Tabata is a type of high intensity interval training workout where you’ll work hard for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. It is a highly efficient method to achieve maximum results by helping you burn fat and build muscles. Get ready to test your power and motivation!

Kwod

Welcome to the KWOD, aka Kinema Workout Of the Day! This class focuses on Olympic Lifting movement, such as deadlifts, squats, bench press and more. 

 

Participants will challenge their strength and endurance all in one class! This class can be done individually or in the group setting, and will be held twice a week to see if you can beat your PR (personal record).
