Looking to increase your flexibility, take care of some recovery work and work on strengthening your core? This class combines light stretching with core exercises to help you feel toned and elongated all at once. This is a one stop shop to get your body strong and stretched.

Cycle & core

The first half of this high energy cycling class is designed to improve cardiovascular strength and endurance. Get an outdoor ride experience complete with hills and flat road challenges while focusing on distance, watts and heart rate. The second half will challenge your core strength with exercises on the mat!

k-fit

High intensity interval training will work your body from the floor up and all around. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to be challenged to push your limits and walk out feeling 100% worked out and 100 % successful!

K-Flow

k-shred

If you love to sweat and having your workout end before you know it, this class is for you! Tabata is a type of high intensity interval training workout where you’ll work hard for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. It is a highly efficient method to achieve maximum results by helping you burn fat and build muscles. Get ready to test your power and motivation!
