Strength focused circuit style training, progressively increasing load while decreasing volume. The goal is to build functional total body strength. (In fitness center)

Cycle & strength

Challenge your cardio endurance and strength in this high intensity cycling class. Hop on the bike to tackle flats, sprints, and strength intervals. Then hop off and build lean muscle all in one class!

Boot camp

Total body workout that combines strength, cardio , plyometrics & balance work.

Torque      training

Circuit/station style class specifically designed to help you build strength, increase endurance, and improve stability by utilizing the many tools of the Torque Unit (in fitness center)

Core          fusion

Low impact, mat based core work. Strengthens core, improves balance & posture, and increases flexibility.

Zumba

This fun cardio dance class combines high energy music and unique dance moves that will keep you motivated and make you forget you are working out!

K-Flow

This class provides a combination of healthy alignment & the freedom to play within familiar & new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class energizes in a way that will promote flexibility, mobility, strength & relaxation. Move with your breath

Yoga for everyBODY! This Hatha Yoga practice is both gentle & core strengthening. Flowing with balance we focus on alignment, stress relief & relaxation to stimulate both the physical & energy bodies. Calm your mind & body and leave class feeling renewed and refreshed.
