Cardio – State of the art Matrix cardio will welcome you as you walk into the new fitness center.  These include treadmills, ellipticals, ascent trainers, stairclimbers, versa climber, rowers, recumbent bikes and the all new

S-Drive treadmill.  

 

Strength- Matrix offers their next generation selectorize strength, circuit machines that consist of both upper and lower body.  Plate loaded machines like a squat rack, bench press, and leg press will also be available at the new fitness center. 

 

Free Weights- A wide array of free weights and functional equipment will greet you as you walk into the gym.  These include dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, TRX, bosu balls, medicine balls, mats and more!!  

 

TORQUE-  The X-Lab training system is a multi-functional jungle system that allows multiple users to work out at the same time.  This machine is incredible and we challenge you to make the most of it!!

 

Cycling Bikes- The IC7 bikes by Matrix has Coach by Color® console displays both WattRate® and heart rate with five colored zones to help users hit training targets
