Awareness and pointing/calling go hand-in-hand. The more aware you are of your less desirable habits, the easier it is to call them out. Can you point out any aspects of your life you've either been aware of already- or have been made aware of because of this book and its strategies?
As an example: At times I'll find myself endlessly scrolling on my phone, looking at things I'll instantly forget about. It's pointless and I know it. In those moments I'll often snap out of it and ask myself- what's the point of this, it gives me literally nothing for my time. As a result, especially lately, I'm less likely to scroll and swipe on my phone because I'm aware.
