I‘ve been creating new habits since the quarantine started. Building my morning routine (wake up, check notifications, drink water, eat, meditate, workout, plan for the day!)
The next habit is consistency! I want to continue to build on my morning productivity throughout my day to stay focused and have less distractions.
This is great, building a quarantine routine! I have definitely made a routine of my day to day activities at this point.
As we start reading/learning about how to create good/change bad habits. What habits immediately came to mind?

Some habits that came to mind were: Creating a habit of running, and changing a bad habit of snacking on sweets. My current cravings are Oreo's and Rice Crispies!
A habit I immediately thought of was screen-time and cell phone use, especially in this current situation.
@Ryan Comerford That's a great one Ryan! This has been one of my habits that I have been consciously aware of since last year. I find that less screen-time, whether on my phone/computer/TV, has been a great improvement in my life. I enjoy human interaction a lot more... which has been very difficult during these times.
For now I usually limit my screen time to a couple hours a day, outside of work hours!
